Valencia Airport is about 20 minutes from the apartment. You have several options:

  • Metro: Line 3 or 5 to the city center, then transfer. Takes about 40 minutes, costs ~€5
  • Taxi: Fixed rate of €20-25 to the city center. Available 24/7 at the airport.
  • Bus: Line 150 runs to the city center for €1.50

We'll send detailed directions with your booking confirmation!

Yes! The apartment is family-friendly. The neighborhood is safe and residential, with a playground nearby. The beach is perfect for kids, and Valencia has plenty of family activities like the aquarium, science museum, and Bioparc zoo.

We have high-speed fiber WiFi (300 Mbps). Perfect for streaming, video calls, or working remotely. The password will be provided upon arrival.

Yes! There's a washing machine in the apartment. We provide basic detergent. There's also a drying rack for the balcony - things dry quickly in the Valencia sun!

Life happens! Just let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes. Since this is a friends-and-family arrangement, we're flexible - just communicate openly with us.

Plenty! Within a 5-minute walk you'll find Mercadona (great supermarket), Consum, and several small shops. The local market is also nearby for fresh produce, meat, and fish.

Hot! Expect temperatures between 28-35°C (82-95°F), sometimes higher. The apartment has air conditioning, and the sea breeze helps. Locals adapt by taking siestas and enjoying evenings when it cools down.

Valencia is very safe! It's consistently ranked as one of Europe's safest cities. The neighborhood is residential and family-oriented. Use normal precautions as you would anywhere - be aware of pickpockets in crowded tourist areas, but overall you'll feel very secure.
